The Walker Reserve, our most recent small batch harvest, is a wonderful, unexpected surprise. This honey was produced in Joaquin, TX and was politely taken from the bees in May 2025. It’s flavor tone screams peaches & wild berries. Great with any tea, coffee, cheese, cut fruit, smoothies or a spoonful by itself. Truely one of our specialties honeys.
