We leave our honey raw (unpasteurized) and unfiltered, preserving valuable pollens — like cedar, willow, cottonwood, ragweed, elm, oak, and countless other grasses and weeds found across Texas and much of America — along with powerful natural antimicrobials like propolis for your body to benefit from.

Different plants bloom at different times of the year, giving our honey a beautiful variety of natural colors — from rich ambers to deep, dark shades.
