Each roughly 11 oz of purest form on honey -Comb honey is pure, untouched honey still sealed inside the bees’ own wax cells, harvested exactly as the hive created it. Each bite delivers a soft, chewy wax texture surrounding luxuriously thick, raw honey with all its natural aromatics preserved. Because it’s never filtered or heated, comb honey carries the full flavor of the blooms the bees visited — rich, fragrant, and intensely fresh.

Joaquin TX – The beehives nestled under sweet gum and magnolia trees on top of a little hill as the bees disburse over the heads of wagyu cattle on their way to berry patches. To and fro they go, bringing sweet nectar to make this honeycomb for us to enjoy. If you were lucky enough to get some of our mesquite comb honey that we just sold out of, you will not want to miss out on this one. If you did miss the mesquite comb honey, don’t let this delicacy pass you by. Why is this a delicacy? 1) Oversized honeycomb cells allow for more honey and less wax. 2) We harvested the comb before the bees could cap all the cells, therefor less wax. 3) Cutting this comb in thin slivers and eating with cheese or meat is more than wonderful. 4) The peach and wild berry flavors are quite the indulgence. 5) Once this is gone, it is gone, no copying, no reproduction.
Mesquite Tree Comb – A light‑amber, desert‑sweet honeycomb harvested from blooming mesquite trees. Smooth, velvety, and easy to chew, it delivers gentle vanilla‑caramel notes with a warm Southwestern floral finish.
Broussard 25 Comb Honey – Comb honey blend made from Tupelo, Cumquat, Magnolia, Tallow, Hibiscus, and wildflowers would have a deep, layered, floral‑citrus profile with a naturally buttery texture.
