Our specialty honeys are in a category all by themselves because of their Rarity and Limited Supply. Like our table honey though, these varieties are made by our bees in different locations in Texas.

An exquisite creation of native Charlotte, TX wildflower, retama and mesquite nectars make up this very light amber honey. Great with any bread, tea, coffee or just alone.
